ARTillery, Ltd. (ID No. 35 881 470) is a game development and publishing company based in Bratislava, Slovakia. References to “ARTillery”, “we”, “us” and “our” in this Privacy Policy refer to ARTillery, Ltd.

This Privacy Policy applies and has effect in respect of all games, related online services and other software and products made available by us (together the “Game(s)”), as well as any other online features relating to the Games and our websites (together as “Online Services”).

Personal information is, generally, information or an opinion relating to an individual which can be used to identify that individual. ARTillery is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its online visitors. This Privacy Policy explains the basis on which personal information we collect from you will be processed by us. We will comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, customers consent to collection, use and disclosure of their non personal and personal information described below. Privacy Policy is accepted when customer registers for an account or installs a game developed by ARTillery.

ARTillery is a company developing and publishing games for the web and mobile devices. When customers play games developed by ARTillery, ARTillery may collect certain personal customer information, such as name, email address, phone number, home address, birth date, mobile phone number, credit card information and other personal or non-personal information.

Non-personal information is non-personally identifiable information such as, but not only technical information about customer’s, mobile device, including IP Address, mobile device ID, network Media Access Control address and connection, username, user ID, feature usage, game play statistics, scores and achievements.

ARTillery collects non-personal information when customers use on-line products and services and/or play games on by ARTillery’s own tools or through third party technologies like server log files, web beacon, cookies, tracking pixels and other technologies to collect and analyze certain types of information, including cookies, IP addresses (including for purposes of determining customers’ approximate geographic location), mobile device ID or other identifiers, browser types, browser language, information passed from customers browser, referring and exit pages and URLs, platform type, the number of clicks, information about customers’ media, peripheral hardware, software and/or applications installed on device, domain names and types, landing pages, pages viewed and order of those pages, the date and amount of time spent on particular pages, other Internet and website usage information, game state and the date and time of activity on ARTillery websites or games, information about how customers uses the game, including game metrics and statistics, feature usage and purchase history.

ARTillery websites, online or mobile products employ third party ad serving technologies that collect information on ARTillery site and in the context of ARTillery online and mobile products. Third party ad serving technologies may use cookies, clear GIFs, web beacons, tracking pixels or other technologies to collect information as a result of ad serving through ARTillery products or services as well to help track. ARTillery or the third party may log data for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, the data logged for this purpose may include IP address, unique device I.D. information about software, applications and hardware, browser information advertisements served, in game location, length of time an advertisement was visible, web pages and mobile internet sites have been viewed by customer, domain type. The foregoing data may be used and disclosed per this policy and the privacy policy of the company providing the ad serving technology and to other third parties in a form that does not personally identifies the customer.

ARTillery collects personal information during customer registration by using Facebook Connect, Twitter or other authentication options to create an account or profile, customer support or technical service request, newsletter subscription, marketing surveys or otherwise through use of ARTillery games. ARTillery may also receive non-personal data from third parties.

ARTillery collects, stores and uses personal and non-personal customers information to provide customers with new products, features, enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, to improve ARTillery’s products and services, to troubleshoot technical problems, for authentication purposes, to ensure proper functioning of ARTillery products and services.

ARTillery will never share customer’s personally identifiable information with third parties without customer’s consent. ARTillery may access and disclose personal information in connection with report abuse functions in ARTillery products and services, to enforce legal rights and comply with law or to comply with an order of government entity or other competent authority or when ARTillery has a reason to believe that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, property, operations users or others who may be harmed or may suffer loss or damage.

To prevent fraudulent activities and behavior that may negatively affect the experiences of a player, ARTillery is for the prevention of fraud for ARTillery internet presence, during the use of on line products and mobile platforms.

Information, that ARTillery customers disclose in any online chat-rooms, blogs, message boards, users’ profiles or in similar forums on ARTillery sites is considered to be public information. Customers should be aware that any personally identifiable information that is submitted in the course of these public activities can be read, collected or used by other users of these forums. ARTillery is not responsible for the personally identifiable information customers make public.

Computer systems on which ARTillery collects, stores and uses the information it collects and receives, are based in the European Union. The servers and equipment on which customers’ data is stored and processed may be owned and operated by third parties with whom ARTillery has contracted to receive, store and process customer data. By accepting Privacy Policy customer agrees with storing and processing data by a contracting party stated above.

ARTillery implements reasonable security measures to protect the security of customer information both on line and offline to protect customer information. ARTillery takes reasonable precautions against possible security breaches of customer databases and records but cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breaches will never occur. Customer is aware that transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure, so ARTillery cannot guarantee the security of data while it is being transmitted.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection

We do not use our Online Services to knowingly solicit information from, or market to, children under the age of 13. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
